Utilization of the state-of-the art computer aided design software for Computer-aided Draughting (CAD) to support design development, Finite Element Modelling and Analysis (FEM and FEA), Computational Fluid Dynamics Analysis (CFD), Discrete Element Modelling and Analysis (DEM), Hydraulic and Pneumatic Modelling and Analysis for simulation to synthesize and define the physical design, evaluate and validate final design.

We also perform DEM in the existing plant to advise on the process optimization. This involves the feed into the mills, screens, chutes and crushers.

This can be verified with the field NDT to make better justified maintenance decision during product life cycle.
